Sparks Workshop is not a licensed contractor. I am an independent handyman operating under California's AB 2622 exemption for minor and inconsequential work. All jobs are limited to a maximum of $1,000 total (labor, materials, and all other costs), do not require building permits, and are performed by me alone.
